We are seeking JAVA experts to be hired on full-time by one of the leading IT companies in Poland. Solution Architects will be responsible for solution design and development in the area of PCRF (Policy and Charging Rule Function). Solution is dedicated for mobile data telecom networks. Project is planned to be launched in the beginning of 2017.
Job profile:

• accountable for designing the architecture of business systems and applications for telecom operators
• accountable for defining the functionality of the software and its components
• higher education (IT, telecommunications) or related
• good knowledge of spoken and written English
• strong knowledge of the Java 7/8
• knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), including the JDBC connector
• proven experience in dealing with software development projects (analysis-design-coding-testing-exploitation-evolution); nice to have an experience in designing and developing the applications for a distributed architecture
• very good understanding of transactions and application performance, including the ability to optimize applications in terms of utilization of hardware resources and response times
• very good knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodologies
• proven experience in cooperation with various project roles and people (product managers, project managers, analysts, programmers, integrators, testers, ...)
• proven experience in the development of technical documentation
• practical use of design patterns in everyday work
• very good knowledge of tools: SVN, Git, GitLab, Maven, Ant, Docker, Redmine, Sonar and application servers Tomcat / JBoss
• ability to use tools to test applications: JUnit, Jemmy, Mock, SoapUI, LoadUI and writing mocks / plugs
• nice to have practical knowledge of Mobicents JAIN SLEE technology, RabbitMQ, Spring
• knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, Diameter)
• knowledge of 3GPP/SGPP2 standards in particular the PCRF / PCEF and interfaces
• knowledge of technology of mobile networks (VoLTE, IMS)
• ability to teamwork, accuracy, diligence, focus on goals
• certificates confirming competence
• nice to have 7 years experience in a similar position (5 years is mandatory)
